By checking, I also understand that 50% of the full cost will be refunded if you withdraw and can provide a medical and/or vet certificate. 

By checking, I will attend the clinic with a good attitude and follow the instruction of all staff memebers. 

All holiday programs close 9th July 2024

Bookings will be confirmed on 10 July 2024
